2018 - HOW IT ALL BEGAN
Tinkering instead of theory
While studying mechanical engineering, Tobias realizes that indoor grow consists of lots of individual devices – as inefficient as a wobbly construction kit. He builds the first FlowaOne prototype in his student room and, like so many garage start-ups, proves that big ideas start small.
2019 - FOCUSED ON GROWTH
From prototype to first series
Under the company FlowaPowa, the FlowaOne, our 1st product generation, is created: a single, slim device that combines light, ventilation and filters. Over 100 devices leave the workshop by hand over time – the typical “one-product-company” chapter of many hardware startups.
2021 - FIRST PARTNERSHIPS
Quality needs strong allies
Through regular visits to hemp fairs in Germany and Switzerland, we have made good contacts over the years. Partnerships are established in the soil and fertilizer sector, as well as with grow-tech manufacturers. Our goal is clearer than ever: We want to stir up the cultivation market with German engineering. This also means acquiring new dealers and further expanding production capacities.
2023 - REBRANDING & RESTRUCTURING
From device to ecosystem
A complete EasyHomeGrowing ecosystem is conceived, designed and constructed from the “FlowaOne”. With the growMACHINE (successor version), our own growBOX design and a smartTRAY for all cultivation methods – Soil, Hydro, Aero. Meanwhile, Germany is preparing for legalization and we are starting our Presale.
2025 - LAUNCH OF THE GROWSMART RANGE
30 pallets future
The first container with 30 pallets of growSMART hardware docks in Hamburg – quite a goosebump moment after a successful Presale. Thanks to our community, which trusted via pre-order instead of classic crowdfunding, the vision becomes tangible. We did it! Now it’s time for production and delivery, so that everyone can finally grow with the coolest technology on the market!

Production Assistant (m/f/d)
Tasks – Supporting the machine operators, loading and monitoring the production systems, quality controls and simple assembly and packaging activities.
Profile – First experience in production desirable, willingness to work in shifts and as part of a team, reliability and physical resilience.
We offer – Structured induction, punctual pay according to the collective bargaining agreement, surcharges for shifts and a collegial working environment.
Graphic Designer (m/f/d)
Tasks – Conception and design of print and digital media, maintenance of the corporate design, close coordination with marketing and product development.
Profile – Completed studies or training in the field of graphics/media design, confident handling of Adobe CC, flair for trends and details, strong teamwork and communication skills.

Warehouse logistician (m/f/d)
Tasks – Checking, recording and booking incoming and outgoing goods; picking, packing and dispatch; stock checks and optimization of warehouse processes.
Profile – Completed training in warehouse/logistics or comparable experience, forklift license an advantage, good knowledge of German, careful and resilient way of working.
