The entire Presale is available exclusively to registered users. Choose your desired cultivation method (Living Soil, Hydro or Aeroponics) and add suitable expansion or upgrade kits if required.

Your growSYSTEM is manufactured by us in Berlin.
In our manufactory, all systems are screwed together by hand and checked for quality by German engineers. Before your order leaves our warehouse, we clarify the last details (hose length, seeds, etc.) with you.

How does pricing work?
When you order, you fix the current phase price. If the phase changes later, your price remains the same.
In which order do you deliver?
According to FIFO (time of order). System priority: Living-Soil → Hydro → Aero. You will receive a delivery window in good time before dispatch.
Earlier delivery with LivingSoil is possible.
Do you offer 0% financing?
Yes, we offer a 0% installment payment (e.g. via PayPal installments, or directly with us). The installment depends on your configuration.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes, you can cancel your pre-order within 180 days and receive a full refund. Orders after 180 days are also refundable, but fees for PayPal installment payments cannot be refunded.
Can I change my order?
If you would like to change your order, please contact our customer service. Changes are possible up to the date of shipment.
Is the delivery date guaranteed?
No, unfortunately there is no guaranteed delivery date. Whoever orders first will be delivered first. If there are delays, you are not entitled to a price reduction.
What advantages do I have with Presale?
Prices rise with each phase. A change can be time-controlled or occur when the quota is sold out.
When will I receive my system?
See product pages in the store. We deliver continuously in batches as soon as quality assurance and production per line are complete. Your place in the queue determines the delivery window.
What advantages do I have with Presale?
You get a financial advantage through the reduced Presale price and have the chance to add both a matching growGUIDE and an air sensor for free when you order.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order at any time and receive a refund.
How will I know when my product will be shipped?
You will receive an email notification as soon as your product is shipped. You can also write to us and we will clarify the exact delivery date with you.

We accept credit card, PayPal and bank transfer. There are 0% financing options available via PayPal or directly with us.
