This water tank is a perfect addition to your classic soil or LivingSoil setup and – once set up correctly – will always keep your plants in the optimum humidity range. This permanently ensures that your plants have enough oxygen to absorb nutrients, but never die of thirst. This takes growth and yield to the next level.
Thanks to the tried-and-tested BLUMAT system in combination with the 25L volume of the H2O-Pack, you don’t have to water your plants yourself every day, but can go on vacation to the seaside for a longer period of time, for example. The H2Opack lasts approx. 6 days for a 120 x 120 cm tent in peak bloom (maximum water consumption). Several weeks for a 60 x 60 cm box. Fertilizer can be used, but the pack should be cleaned after each use.
How does it work?
The H2O-Packis simply hung in the grow box and the drippers are inserted into the soil. Thanks to the elevated connection of the smart H2O-Pack(about 1 m above the drippers) and gravity, the drippers always receive sufficient pressure. The water contained in the dripper is used for control. When the soil becomes dry, a vacuum is created and the valve of the dripper opens and releases water. If the soil is moist enough, the water is sucked back in and the valve closes. A simple but effective physical principle that works reliably for years. Each of the drippers can be closed via a rotary mechanism – this means that only 3 plants, for example, can be watered without conversion. The hose system can also be easily extended with additional drippers. To refill, insert the spout of the watering can into the opening and let the water run in – done.
Probably the cheapest, but also the most effective, gadget for home gardeners. Can also be used outdoors or for indoor plants.
